Join a band of modern-day wild men for a weekend of nature, movement, camaraderie, and restoration. Inspired by the spirit of Iron John, this retreat is a call back to your body, instincts, story, and strength, held in the company of good men.

This itinerary is a loose outline to give you a sense of the weekend, but nothing is set in stone. We’ll stay tuned to the weather, the group's energy, and what feels right in the moment. Expect a mix of adventure and rest, with plenty of room for spontaneity.
Upstate New York | June 20–22
Friday, June 20 — Arrival
1:00 PM — Depart NYC from 555 West 43rd St, 10036
 (Be sure to eat beforehand—we won’t stop until later!)
3:00 PM — Arrive in New Paltz for a local lunch stop
Afternoon Options:
 • Check in at the house, then hike
 • OR head straight to a nearby waterfall hike + swim
Evening:
 • Settle into the house
 • Casual dinner, fire, hot tub, games, and unwind time
Saturday, June 21 — Adventure + Unplug
Morning:
 • Slow wake-up, coffee, light breakfast
 • Optional stretch + prep for the day
 • Hike Mohonk Preserve: The Labyrinth + Lemon Squeeze
 • Bring snacks / light lunch on the trail 
Afternoon:
 • Chill + swim at Split Rock
Evening:
 • Return to the house to shower + relax
 • Dinner at Westwind Orchard (wood-fired pizza + live music) or INNESS
 • Optional evening: fire pit, games, etc.
Sunday, June 22 — Wrap + Return
Morning:
 • Breakfast
 • Optional stretch / early hike or solo time 
12:00 PM — Pack up + head back to NYC

This itinerary is a loose outline. We’ll go with the flow based on weather, group energy, and what feels good in the moment. Nothing is locked in—just a map to help us move with intention.

- Sarong to dry with or chill out on while hiking / swimming on the trail. 
🛏️ LODGING & COST
• $450 per person (shared room, double occupancy)
 • $800 single occupancy (private room)
 • Budget option: single futon in private room (ask for availability)
