Waking up with a stiff body is pretty normal. Sometimes your neck is stiff, lower back is tight, or you are a little sore from yesterdays leg workout. It’s important to warm up your body and mind so while your coffee is brewing - take 5 to fully prepare for your busy day.
If you are anything like me, your body is achy, tight, and needs daily stretching. I’ve created a little flow for my daily routine and want to share it with you other inflexible people - and I guess you flexible people as well.
This flow feels different every day when I’m doing it but I always feel great after. I’m no yogi but if you complete this 5 minute movement cycle upon waking or any time you need a little stretch you’ll feel great too! Try 4-5 reps on each side of the bod!
